Helena started the business in 2005 after leaving a large accounting practice.  She has been helping small to medium-sized business owners and property investors ever since with personalised support that fits real life. Helena brings an enormous depth of knowledge in accounting and the New Zealand tax system, with extensive experience in small-to-medium business accounting and advisory work. A highly organised, clear communicator, Helena helps clients navigate complex obligations with clarity and confidence.

Rebecca joined in 2019 after a career change, bringing over 20 years experience in small business administration and management.  She has a sharp eye for detail and a broad, practical understanding of business, giving valuable insight into the challenges businesses face every day. An administration whizz and Xero-certified in payroll, Rebecca is adept at streamlining processes to make life easier for clients. With a practical approach and a focus on real-world solutions, she is always ready to help clients stay organised and take the stress out of managing their business finances.
